Account Deletion
Estava accounts are created by the administrator of the company you work with — there is no self-signup inside the app. You can still request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send us an email from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". You can use the ready-made message here:

What happens next
Within 30 days of verifying the request, sign-in is disabled and your personal profile — name, email and password — is deleted.
What is retained
Records created in the course of your work — contracts, financial entries, client records — are the business records of the company that operates the system. They remain under that company's control, as the law requires, and are no longer linked to a usable login.
If you manage a company and want the company itself and all of its data removed, write to us at the same address and we will arrange it with you.
